Firm performance is the ultimate concern among stakeholders. The research objectives are two-fold—to determine mediator role of knowledge management and innovative capability in driving commercial banks Thailand, to provide recommendations contributions based on relevant findings. sample comprising 600 bank officers from six biggest Thailand was selected using multi-stage sampling method.
